6. Delivery Requirements
Age Verification
Recipient must be 18+. Valid ID required upon delivery. Acceptable ID: Driver’s License, Passport, Proof of Age Card.
Signature Requirement
Adult signature mandatory. Packages cannot be left in safe places or delivered to PO Boxes.
Failed Delivery
- First attempt: Delivery card left
- Second attempt: Re-delivery or pickup arrangement
- Third attempt: Return to sender (customer pays reshipping)
