Cheap Aussie Smokes accepts returns and provides refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and tobacco product regulations.
Important: Due to health regulations, opened tobacco products cannot be returned.
2. Return Eligibility
Eligible Items
- Unopened tobacco products
- Original packaging intact
- Within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened tobacco products (health regulations)
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
3. Defective or Damaged Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damage. We will arrange replacement or full refund including shipping.
4. Return Process

- Step 3: Ship product with RA number
- Step 4: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
